Privacy Policy
pes-dev ("we") publishes the mobile game "Shift Fortress" (the "Game"). This policy explains what information the Game collects, why, and how it is used and kept.

1. Information we collect and why
The Game has no accounts of its own and never asks for your name, email, phone number or address. Your game progress (currency, upgrades, chapter records) is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, also in your Google Play Games account (cloud save).
Google's advertising and analytics tools included in the Game collect the following automatically:

Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Google Play; we never receive them.
2. Retention
- Game data on your device: until you uninstall the Game
- Achievements, scores and cloud saves in Google Play Games: until you delete them in the Google Play Games app or delete your Play Games profile
- Analytics data in Google Analytics for Firebase: up to 14 months
- Information collected by Google AdMob: as described in Google's Privacy Policy
- Where the law requires us to keep records (for example purchase records), we keep them for the period required.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal information. The following companies process information to serve ads and analyse usage:

4. International transfers
This information is sent over encrypted connections (TLS) to servers run by Google LLC in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
5. Your choices and rights
- Personalised ads: reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
- Users in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent to ads and analytics on first launch and can change their choice at any time under "Privacy options" in the Game's settings.
- Google Play Games is optional: you can play without signing in, and you can delete this Game's Play Games data or your Play Games profile in the Google Play Games app.
- To access, correct or delete information, or to object to processing, contact us at the address below.
US state privacy rights
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we process, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Showing personalised ads through Google AdMob may count as "sharing" under some state laws; you can opt out by deleting your advertising ID as described above, through the "Privacy options" screen where it is shown in your state, or by contacting us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
Korean users
A Korean version of this policy, written to meet the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, follows below (한국어).
6. Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea) and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

게임은 자체 회원 가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 같은 정보를 직접 묻지 않습니다. 게임 진행 상황(재화, 강화 단계, 챕터 기록 등)은 이용자의 기기에 저장되고, Google Play 게임즈에 로그인한 경우에는 이용자의 Google Play 게임즈 계정에도 저장됩니다(클라우드 저장).
게임에 포함된 Google의 광고·분석 도구가 아래 정보를 자동으로 수집합니다.

결제 카드 번호 같은 결제 수단 정보는 Google Play가 직접 처리하며, 개발자는 이 정보를 받지 않습니다.
2. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터: 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지
- Google Play 게임즈에 저장된 업적, 점수, 클라우드 저장 데이터: 이용자가 Google Play 게임즈 앱에서 삭제하거나 프로필을 삭제할 때까지
- Google Analytics for Firebase의 이용 기록: 수집일로부터 최대 14개월
- Google AdMob이 수집한 정보: Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따른 기간
- 관련 법령이 보관을 요구하는 경우(예: 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 대금 결제 및 재화 공급 기록 5년) 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
개발자는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 제공과 이용 분석을 위해 아래 사업자가 정보를 처리합니다.

4. 개인정보의 국외 이전
위 정보는 게임을 실행하는 동안 인터넷으로 미국 등에 있는 Google LLC의 서버로 전송되어 저장·처리됩니다.

- 이전을 거부하는 방법: 아래 6절의 방법으로 광고 ID 수집을 막을 수 있습니다. 다만 광고와 분석 도구는 게임 운영에 필요하므로, 수집 전체를 거부하려면 게임 이용을 중단하고 앱을 삭제해야 합니다.
5. 개인정보의 파기
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 게임 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. Google Play 게임즈에 저장된 데이터는 Google Play 게임즈 앱에서 이 게임의 데이터나 프로필을 삭제하면 지워집니다. Google이 처리하는 정보는 2절의 기간이 지나면 Google의 정책에 따라 삭제됩니다. 개발자가 문의 응대 과정에서 받은 이메일은 처리를 마친 뒤 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 맞춤 광고 끄기·광고 ID 삭제: Android 기기의 「설정 > Google > 광고」에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스의 이용자는 게임을 처음 실행할 때 광고와 분석에 대한 동의 여부를 선택할 수 있으며, 게임 설정 화면의 「개인정보 옵션」에서 언제든지 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- Google Play 게임즈 로그인은 선택 사항입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, Google Play 게임즈 앱에서 이 게임의 데이터나 프로필을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 그 밖에 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 원하면 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요. 지체 없이 처리 결과를 알려 드립니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
게임은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
8. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
개발자는 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 게임과 Google 서버 사이의 통신은 암호화(TLS)됩니다. 문의 이메일은 접근이 제한된 계정에서만 처리합니다.

10. 방침의 변경
